Welcome to TypeCard (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your information is handled. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

By downloading and using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

TypeCard is a personality test and daily personality card app. We are designed with privacy by default and do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from you.

Specifically:

• Test Results — Your MBTI personality test results and daily cards are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to any server.
• Account Information — We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other identifiers.
• Usage Data — We do not collect analytics, usage logs, crash reports, or device identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

The information stored on your device is used solely to provide the core features of the App, such as displaying your personality test results and generating your daily personality card. We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, or tracking purposes.

3. Data Storage

All of your data — including test results and preferences — is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. Your data never leaves your device and is not synced to the cloud. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

TypeCard uses Apple StoreKit to handle in-app purchases and subscriptions. StoreKit is provided by Apple and is governed by Apple's own privacy practices. Purchase and subscription transactions are processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

The App does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking frameworks. There is no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) requirement because the App does not track you or share data with third parties for tracking.

5. Children's Privacy

TypeCard is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

6. Your Rights

Because TypeSign does not collect or process your personal data on our servers, most data protection rights are inherently respected. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Economic Area, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and similar regulations. These rights may include:

• Access & Deletion — You can access or delete your data at any time directly within the App or by uninstalling it.
• No Sale of Data — We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone.
• No Tracking — We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post the updated version at https://xghbq-yang.github.io/app-legal/typecard-en.html. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
