计划与记录
可创建重复任务或导入JSON计划。调整开始日期会移动计划日期，具体工作/休息日内容仍需自己核对。
计时、补记分钟与完成勾选是不同记录。没有记录的时间不会自动变成学习成果；没有AI替你判断是否完成。
图片和备份
图片由你通过当前平台版本提供的相册或文件选择入口添加，应用保存压缩副本。完整JSON备份包含记录、笔记、压缩图片和复盘；请妥善保管，备份不是单独密码加密文件。
恢复前先确认备份来源和内容，必要时先导出当前资料。已有计划的内容更新请先看预览；有历史或手改内容会按保护规则保留。
提醒为什么没到
确认已允许通知、计划未暂停，并检查系统专注模式与通知设置。本地提醒按有限条数预排，打开App后刷新可延续；不能保证系统始终按时显示每一条。
离线功能与材料链接
计划、计时、笔记和本地统计不依赖开发者服务器。1.1版本使用系统浏览器；从1.2起，材料、任务说明和笔记预览中的网页链接可在你主动点击后在应用内打开，并可后退、前进、重试或选择系统浏览器。网页仍需网络，外部网站和云盘文件可用性由相应服务决定。笔记中的链接请在“预览笔记”中点开，编辑框仍用于输入。
如何清理资料
修改或移除当前附件不自动清理过去导出的备份、分享副本、系统备份或恢复副本。需要清除全部本机资料时，使用系统的删除应用及数据方式，并分别清理备份。
不想继续某个计划时可以暂停执行，历史记录仍保留。卸载、设备故障或备份丢失后，开发者没有服务器副本可替你恢复。

Plans and records
Create recurring tasks or import a JSON plan. Changing a start date shifts dates; check the intended workday and rest-day content yourself.
Timer duration, manually added time and completion checks are separate records. Unrecorded time is not automatically counted as learning. The app does not use AI to judge completion.
Images and backups
You choose images using the photo-library or file-selection options available in your platform version. The app stores compressed copies. A full JSON backup includes records, notes, compressed images and reflections. Keep it private; it is not a separately password-encrypted file.
Check the source and content before restoring a backup. Export current data first when needed. Preview course-content updates; history and custom edits are protected by the update rules.
When a reminder does not appear
Check notification permission, paused plans, Focus and system notification settings. Local reminders are scheduled in a limited batch; opening the app and refreshing can extend the schedule. The system may affect whether or when a notification appears.
Offline features and learning links
Planning, timers, notes and local statistics do not rely on a developer server. Version 1.1 uses your system browser. From version 1.2, links in materials, instructions and note previews open in the app only when you tap them, with back, forward, retry and system-browser options. Web pages need a network connection. External websites and cloud-file services control their own availability. To open a link from a note, choose Preview note; the editor remains for text entry.
Managing stored information
Changing current data does not automatically remove older exports, shared copies, system backups or recovery copies. To clear all local data, use the system’s app-and-data deletion option and separately manage retained backups.
You can pause a plan while retaining history. The developer has no server copy to recover records after device loss, app-data deletion or loss of your backup.
